We are over the moon to share this beautiful trailer of The Bannockburn BioBlitz 2021! Filmed and produced by Huw James, who has been so generous with his time and skills to document our journey, it is amazing to have people believing in our community wildlife project! 

We will be back next year and hope that this video will help spread the word of our grassroots community wildlife project so that we can do even more! So, get sharing with your friends and anyone you think would be interested in our initiative and events!

COP26 is only two weeks away, this is a pivotal moment for the climate and the environment, it is vital that local communities can be empowered to create change by local events such as these! SPREAD THE WORD!

The Bannockburn BioBlitz will take place on the same day as other communities from around the world carry out a BioBlitz on their home river or stream (or burn!). Our effort will connect with this worldwide event! Find out more about the Home River BioBlitz here.

The Bannockburn BioBlitz is part supported by iNaturalist and National Geographic. Find out more about the iNaturalist app here. As a National Geographic Explorer Natalie was eligible to apply for a small community grant to part support this project. She was over the moon to secure a little funding to make the Bannockburn BioBlitz go from idea to reality! She joins 13 other Explorers from across the world utilising iNaturalist for good in their communities.
